Hawaiʻi 329 Card Requirements

To qualify for a Hawaiʻi 329 Registration Card as an out-of-state patient, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a valid medical cannabis registration card issued by another U.S. state, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia.

  • Provide a valid government-issued state ID or driver’s license from the same U.S. state, territory, or District of Columbia as your medical cannabis registration card. The name must match the name shown on your cannabis card.

  • Be certified in your home state as having at least one debilitating medical condition recognized under Hawaiʻi state law.
