How to Download Your Digital 329 Card in Hawaii’s New DOH Portal

Published October 27th, 2026
The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation (OMCCR) has launched a brand-new 329 Patient Registry Portal as of September 30.
If you are a current medical cannabis cardholder in Hawaii, you are required to log in to the new system and download your updated digital 329 card—even if your current card has not yet expired.
This update is strictly an administrative system migration, not a registration renewal. Your expiration date, physician certification, and patient status remain unchanged.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Download Your New 329 Card
Follow these steps to access your updated 329 digital card through the new DOH system:
1. Visit the New DOH Portal
Navigate to the official Hawaii DOH Medical Cannabis Registry login page.
2. Sign In with Your Email
Enter the email address tied to your current 329 registration. You will be redirected to the myHawaii authentication screen.
3. Register/Verify Account (First Time Only)
- If prompted to set up a new account, choose "Patient OR Medical Provider" under the account type options.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and select Register.
- Check your email inbox for a verification email from the DOH, then click Verify before attempting to sign back in.
4. Access the Dashboard
Sign in with your verified credentials, confirm the agreement box, and click Continue.
5. Download Your Digital Card
- From your License/Registration Dashboard, select "Print Digital Card".
- Choose your active license from the dropdown menu and click "Download Digital Card".
Pro Tip: Save the PDF directly to your smartphone for easy presentation at any licensed Hawaii dispensary, or print a hard copy to keep in your wallet.
